- Pre-advice
- Advise and consult – I will write up the detail of your requirements to form a project spec. Before beginning this I will set out expected time and charges. We would go back and forth until the spec is agreed. This is the point where the details of the expected outcome need to all be figured out so we know where we’re going.
- I present the project plan and my quote for the work. If accepted we agree the scheduling and payment plan.
- I build the system. We test the system. We launch the system.
- Run on support cover after launch – this could be an ad-hoc hourly rate, or a cheaper monthly direct-debit. I imagine Ben you’d be able to manage most of your support needs yourself, so you could just use me as a backstop if there’s anything that comes up that you can’t do yourself.
